Find a Donor Introduction

Please make sure that you maximize your fertility and minimize birth defects by starting to take a good pre-natal vitamin three months prior to your inseminations and pregnancy.

We try to keep our donor catalog up to date, but inventory changes everyday and with every purchase. When you see a donor listed in our catalog, it means that specimens are still in our inventory for sale. Those specimens for sale may or may not be available for immediate shipment and use, as we do pre-sell specimens that are still in quarantine. Please call us for the most up to the minute donor information. To view individual donor profiles click on their "ID" number in the listing found below. This will bring up the short donor profile, which is a short overview of the donors health history, and one page of hand written answers from the donors original long donor profile. We encourage clients to review long donor profiles prior to purchase of specimens for more detailed information which are available at our website store, and are delivered via Fed Ex second day letter.

Donor ID
Donor ID, or identification numbers are random identifiers. There is no other meaning associated with a donors numeric or alphanumeric ID.

Education
"Years of Education" listed with each donor is only the level of education at the time the donor chose to initially participate in our program. Viewing a donor with 13 years of education translates to a freshman in college, and we do get quite a few freshmen as donor try outs. We do not normally update the education level numbers once a donor has been accepted. The freshman donor could go on to finish his four year school and even go on to graduate school and still be listed as 13 years of education.

Long Donor Profiles
You can also order the long profiles by phone at 1-800-786-5251 during normal business hours with the use of your credit card. You must be registered with us to order extended donor profiles, but registration is at no charge. (We can not ship specimens into New York State without a NY Dept. of Health exemption which would have to be obtained through your doctor.)

Please plan ahead as some donors are extremely popular!

Demand for Donors
Demand does exceed supply at times, so you may want to pre-purchase specimens so that you have the specimens you want available when you want them. Just because a donor is listed below does not mean that we have specimens available for immediate use at all times. It does mean that the donor has specimens remaining in our program for purchase, but those specimens may, or may not be available for immediate use, i.e. they may be currently in quarantine. As we are unable to update this donor listing with each sale of specimens, please call the office to check on current availability. Donor inventory can change quickly and substantially at any time. All sales are on a first come, first served basis.

CMV
We highly encourage clients to be tested for past exposure to CMV prior to considering which donor may be potentially used. CMV negative donors have a much higher demand and longer waiting times than our CMV positive donors. If you have had past exposure to CMV your choice of donors is larger and more available, and the odds are that you have been exposed in the past. Click here for further information on CMV

Confidentiality
All of our donors are commercial anonymous donors. We do not provide the identity of any of our donors to clients. All of our donors are asked if they are willing to meet with, or be contacted by, legal aged children that could be produced through their donations. That information can be found on line at the end of the short donor profile, which you can get by clicking on the donor number below. If the donor expresses that he is willing to entertain future contact by legal aged children, then the child must approach NW Andrology & Cryobank to initiate the potential donor contact. Donor health information updates on donors that are no longer actively being marketed below that may be of interest, helpful, important, or even critical, are posted on our Donor Update web page if and when we are made aware of important information.
