Anonymous Donor
This category includes all anonymous sperm donors, such as the commercial donors that we offer through the sperm bank. This group has the most intensive and restrictive testing and FDA compliance.
Intimate Partner:

HIV 1 & 2
HEP-C
HTLV 1 & 2
We will accept most all types of routine diagnostic testing results performed by CLIA licensed laboratory facilities for this category of frozen specimens.
Anonymous Donor
Minimum FDA regulated testing includes those tests found above for directed donors, but is more involved and includes a 180 day quarantine with retesting. Our testing of donors is detailed on our donor standards web page.
If you're paying more than this for storage at another bank, consider moving your assets.
