Dispute Resolution/Venue

Note that regardless of how you learn of, or where you are located when you receive the information contained on this website, in the event that you enter into an Agreement to obtain any product and or service provided by NW Andrology & Cryobank, said Agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into in the State of Washington, and will be interpreted in accordance with and subject to the laws of that State. Also note that the sole and exclusive venue for the resolution of any dispute arising out of such an Agreement, or the services provided in connection therewith, shall be the Superior Court of Washington in Spokane County, which court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter in the event of such a dispute.
