Detailed description of your currently selected product.
Information contained in our expanded donor profiles has changed over time and consequently, not every question asked today was asked in previous years. When you see an answer to a question that is N/A, please understand that this was simply a new question that was not asked at the time that particular donor completed his/her application form, and consequently, we are unable to provide a response for that question.
If you are purchasing an expanded profile for a donor listed as "available on-line", the profile will be viewable from your account once we have processed your credit card which is typically 1 business day from the day you place the order. For expanded profiles listed as "available by mail", you can expect to receive those within 3 business days of placing your order.
Expanded donor profiles contain such information as; expanded family medical history and physical characteristics for 3 generations, expanded personal medical history, early childhood and teenage details and memories, religious preference, expanded educational information including GPA, SAT, and ACT when available, additional personal information such as exercise routines, personal interests and more detailed information regarding activities and abilities.
For profiles that are not available online, price includes shipping by two-day express letter within the USA. We cannot ship to a PO box. All international requests will be sent via regular mail service. By purchasing a donor history, clients agree not to redistribute donor history information to any third party as the accuracy of the information would then be questionable and not directly provided through the Cryobank.
If you are purchasing histories in anticipation of purchasing specimens, please call to check inventory prior to purchase. Although rare, It is possible to purchase a donor history and then find that the donor has sold out. As donor inventory is very dynamic, we are unable to offer refunds on histories because of donor inventory shortages.
Donor histories are non-return items unless shown to be physically defective.
